Well established City firm seeks NQ+ Solicitor to join their highly rated Claimant Industrial Disease team in London.

Our client is a highly respected firm characterised by a values led culture based on helping to transform the lives of their clients.

The firm is now looking for a solicitor with either industrial disease experience or a background in claimant PI and/or clinical negligence work. You will handle a busy caseload of disease cases including mesothelioma, asbestos, lung cancer and pleural thickening claims on behalf of Claimants. The role will also include working alongside senior colleagues on larger and more complex cases which frequently result in £multi-million settlements.

The firm is looking for a solicitor, either an NQ (recently qualified or due to qualify in 2024) or a solicitor with some post qualified experience in industrial disease, claimant PI, catastrophic injury or clinical negligence but with an interest in focusing on disease work.
