Why This Role?
Are you ready to make an impact by ensuring the smooth functionality of critical tools and systems used to deliver high-quality financial advice? In this role as an Adviser Servicing Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to support a seamless advisory process for financial planners and support staff, ultimately contributing to exceptional client outcomes. Here's why this role could be the perfect next step for you:
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with advisory, project, and external teams to maintain efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
- Facilitate Adviser On boarding and Access Management: Support on boarding and manage access permissions, ensuring new advisers have the right tools and systems access to hit the ground running.
- Strengthen Data Integrity and Compliance: Monitor data quality and support risk mitigation efforts to maintain compliance and minimise regulatory risks.
- Maintain Relationships with Key Providers: Serve as the main point of contact for external providers, ensuring smooth communication and secure access for advisers.
- Drive Data Improvement Projects: Analyses and enhance data quality, supporting projects that improve data frameworks and drive decision-making efficiency.
- Support System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Handle support queries and resolve issues, ensuring that adviser roles and data updates are accurately reflected in all systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage provider relationships, perform due diligence, and ensure permissions and access protocols are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Training & Competency team to streamline the adviser onboarding process and provide technical support for all advisory tools.
- Oversee access protocols for advisers and staff, and manage required system permissions on Xplan, Extranet, and other core systems.
- Monitor and improve data quality, managing data-related projects to ensure the accuracy and security of client information.
- Work with the IT and support teams to address and resolve system issues, supporting back-office functions essential to data flow and compliance.
- Support data-driven initiatives, participating in data analysis, testing, and improvement processes, while promoting best practices across the organisation.
About You
- To excel in this role, you'll ideally bring experience with adviser back-office systems (especially Xplan), a strong grasp of data analysis, and a knack for problem-solving. Proficiency in Excel or similar database tools is a plus, and you should have the confidence to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to tight deadlines and balancing multiple priorities.
- If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where your skills are valued and developed, apply now to be part of a team that champions integrity, innovation, and collective success.
