Joining a leading Financial Services Risk Consulting practice, you will contribute to the delivery of high profile and complex risk engagements across a wide range of financial services clients in the Sales & Trading / Cap Markets environment.


You will drive delivery of client engagements and develop new solutions & market insights for them - helping to shape, grow and enhance their risk frameworks and mitigate overall business risk.


Typical varied assignments may include:

• Front Office Trader Supervision & Controls
• Financial Reporting Controls
• ESG projects

There are multiple aspects to the role:

• Engagement delivery
• People leadership
• Business development
• Product management/ownership; serving as the risk & technical lead

About you:

• 1LOD & 2LOD exposure
• Consulting or Business backgrounds
• Must have Capital Markets (Sales & Trading) exposure
• Solid understanding of the Trade life-cycle
• Non-Financial Risk exposure (Conduct Risk)
• Agile approach to work. Critical, due to the varied clients and typical assignments being undertaken
• Varied exposure already across Risk & Controls & Transformation
