Job description
One of our key clients is looking for a Senior Claims Consultant to join the business to provide a quality end to end service to their clients.
This position is a national role based in the South region with remote working, however travel to clients will be necessary when required.

The purpose of this role is to provide a quality end-to-end service to clients and quality support to claims and client service colleagues.
The role;
- To provide a first-class proactive service to clients and prospective clients, looking for opportunities to satisfy needs through the client proposition
- Manage end-to-end claims processing, including reviewing and validating claims, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify, investigate, and resolve any issues relating to claims being handled
- Ensure that claims processing adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims, ensuring that documentation is complete and accessible for review by internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and legal experts, to ensure a coordinated and efficient claims resolution process
- To maintain own learning and CPD
The successful candidate;
- Sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry
- Experience in Property Damage and Business Interruption
- Working knowledge of claims processes and regulatory standards
- Working knowledge of FCA compliance rules
- Competent user of insurance client system; Acturis an advantage
- Confident user of technology and software e.g. MS Office and Outlook
- Good communication skills at a senior level
- Chartered Loss Adjuster or significant progress towards ACILA
