Client Support Manager

I'm thrilled to represent a leading independent financial planning firm in the heart of Bristol. They're looking for a Head of Client Support (Private Client) to lead their high-performing client administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Client Administrator to take a step up in their career, or likewise for a Client Support Manager to take on a new and exciting challenge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing client administration team, driving motivation and performance.
  • Oversee client record management in the Intelligent Office system, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor invoicing, income tracking, and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial administration.
  • Manage team workloads effectively, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.


Hybrid Role: 2-3 days per week in the office

Requirements:

  • Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in managing a client administration team, ensuring top-notch service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office or similar client management systems is highly advantageous.
  • Progress towards a Financial Planning diploma (QCF Level 4) or equivalent is preferred.
