Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Job description
This 'Leading Firm' is an international practice and they are seeking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to their growing team in Birmingham. The team are a key port of call for high-value, and maximum severity cases and it's an exciting opportunity to join them.
The practice is frequently engaged by defendants in cases arising from respiratory, cognitive, orthopaedic, spinal and natal claims, where medical causation, liability and quantum are often in dispute.
You will:
- Be responsible for your own caseload of high value clinical negligence and employers and public liability claims.
- Have the opportunity to act on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners.
- Work alongside experienced Partners recognised as market leaders instructed on high profile cases.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Over 5 years PQE
- Associate or Senior Associate level
- Experience in Clinical Negligence claims
- Ambitious and driven, looking to develop a practice.
