What's on offer?

  • Starting Book: Pre-built portfolios of approximately £100k - £125k in income.
    • Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships.
  • Compensation:
    • Base salary to £85k (depending on experience)

  • Experience in a similar Commercial Account Director, Account Executive or Development Executive role.
  • A strong technical background in designing and managing complex insurance programs.
