Commercial Account Executive (£200k income book)

Job description

When you have to do all your own admin and support, it really does take away from your skills as an Account Executive.

Out in front of clients is where you thrive and that's where this brokerage wants you to be, as much as possible.

The team here have a 1 to 1 ratio of handler support per Executive meaning all of your broking, admin, placement and reporting is done for you.

Here you'll take over an existing book of SME and mid-market-level business worth around £200k income with a remit for retention and growth.

You'll have support internally for new business with access to introducers, marketing campaigns and a huge amount of date and pipeline to go after.

And this brokerage has some major succession planning in the next 3-5 years ahead meaning you'll benefit from the mentorship and client introductions from retiring Executives.

This is a brilliant opportunity if you want a solid book to work from and a clear road ahead to move yourself into position as a serious player in the Glasgow broking space.

This will suit if you are a proactive broker looking for your first role as an Exec or if you are already managing a portfolio but want to benefit from the extensive support here.

The client base is situated primarily around the Glasgow and central belt region so it would make sense if you were based close to the clientele.
