Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a a portfolio of mid-market/Corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate and secure competitive terms for clients.
- Analyse insurance requirements and market conditions to provide insightful advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policies, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and emerging risks to anticipate client needs and provide proactive risk management solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
