A leading New York law firm with a renowned London office, seeks a talented and ambitious commercial litigation associate to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will:
Partner with senior associates and partners on a wide range of high-profile commercial disputes across various industries.
Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings and other motion documents, and prepare for client meetings and depositions.
Assist with case strategy development, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
Manage your own docket effectively and prioritise tasks in a demanding environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and clients.
About You:
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years of PQE (post-qualification experience) in commercial litigation.
A strong academic background from a top university.
Proven experience in handling complex commercial disputes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
A collaborative and results-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
Experience in a fast-paced, international law firm environment a plus.
