Are you an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director or Partner to join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm in their Manchester office. The firm has been involved in some of the most high profile commercial litigation matters of recent times, and so you'll be joining an already thriving team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters across various sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice and delivering high-quality service.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's commercial litigation practice, with a focus on business development.
  • Lead a small team of talented lawyers, promoting a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Be a key part of the leadership team, driving innovation and business success in the Manchester office.


The Ideal candidate will:

  • Proven experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of handling complex and high-value cases.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and business development skills.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and developing new business
  • Strong network and reputation within the legal community.
  • A desire to work within a progressive and dynamic team.


On offer is an opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Director or Partner to have genuine autonomy when it comes to leading the team in Manchester. You'll be expected to drive the division forward, with the wider support of the NSL. There is a competitive remuneration package on offer, bespoke to you. As well as flexible, part time, and hybrid working.
