The department work with a range of household names in the retail sector, as well as charitable and educational clients dealing with a broad range of transactions including -

• Acquisitions and disposals,
• HQ relocations,
• Sale and leasebacks
• Development work
• Portfolio management

As well as working closely with the Property Litigation and Planning teams.
