Contentious Construction Senior / Principal Associate
Job description
Our client is a highly respected national law firm, characterised by its highly transparent, merit based and values led culture.
The firm seeks to appoint an experienced contentious construction lawyer to join their dedicated partner led practice based in Birmingham. Applications are invited from lawyers at associate, senior associate or principal associate level who can demonstrate a proven track record in contentious construction matters, with experience covering litigation, dispute resolution, adjudication, mediation and ADR involved in all range of construction disputes. It is likely you will have at least 2-4 years+ PQE although construction lawyers with more or less experience are welcome to apply. The firm advises on complex and challenging disputes, acting for a high profile portfolio of clients including developers, housing providers, owner occupiers, energy sector businesses, contractors, suppliers and public sector organisations.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role, with the licence to play a key part in the next phase of growth for what is already an acclaimed and progressive contentious construction practice. The firm is flexible and supportive and offers an exciting platform for continued career development and progression.
