IDEX are representing a leading international law firm who are seeking a dynamic Corporate Lawyer (1-3 years PQE) to join their Dublin office.

Their Dublin office is at the heart of Ireland's corporate legal landscape, advising on high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

As part of our Corporate team, you will:

  • Work on complex M&A transactions, private equity deals, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.
  • Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general commercial matters.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, international team across multiple offices.
  • Engage directly with clients, gaining hands-on experience in high-profile cases.



About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law, gained at a leading law firm.
  • Strong experience in M&A, corporate transactions, and commercial law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • An interest in working on international transactions.
