Client Service Director - Captive Insurance - Location open with extensive travel
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global insurance business to lead a major international client engagement, develop relationships and be responsible for service delivery at an exceptional level.
- Lead the relationship of a global business captive and assume responsibility for strategic advice, client service delivery and excellence
- Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards
- Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required
- Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met
- Deliver best practice and strategic innovation
- Support the development and implementation of strategic objectives
- Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and
- Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills
- Corporate insurance or captive management experience is essential
- Be professionally qualified; CII, ACII, or equivalent
- Be willing to travel to the UK and on occasion internationally
- Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects
