Client Service Director - Captive Insurance - Location open with extensive travel

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global insurance business to lead a major international client engagement, develop relationships and be responsible for service delivery at an exceptional level.

  • Lead the relationship of a global business captive and assume responsibility for strategic advice, client service delivery and excellence
  • Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards
  • Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required
  • Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met
  • Deliver best practice and strategic innovation
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic objectives
  • Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and
  • Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism



Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills
  • Corporate insurance or captive management experience is essential
  • Be professionally qualified; CII, ACII, or equivalent
  • Be willing to travel to the UK and on occasion internationally
  • Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects
