Job description
A global law US Law firm, is recruiting for a 4-7 PQE Corporate M&A and ECM Lawyer to join their London office.
The firm advise clients across a variety of sectors and industries with the M&A and equity capital markets teams are consistently ranked at the top of the tables by leading legal publications.
About the role
You will join the firm's M&A and equity capital markets team, working on all aspects of M&A and equity capital markets transactions, across a wide range of deals across a variety of sectors, including, technology and natural resources
You will also advise clients acquiring, investing or raising capital in the UK and Europe
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Partners as the right hand person on transactions and liaising with clients
Working closely with clients and managing deal processes
Skills and experience
A minimum of 4-7 years' PQE experience in M&A primarily and some exposure to equity capital markets transactions is preferable but not required
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
