A global law US Law firm, is recruiting for a 4-7 PQE Corporate M&A and ECM Lawyer to join their London office.
The firm advise clients across a variety of sectors and industries with the M&A and equity capital markets teams are consistently ranked at the top of the tables by leading legal publications.

About the role

• You will join the firm's M&A and equity capital markets team, working on all aspects of M&A and equity capital markets transactions, across a wide range of deals across a variety of sectors, including, technology and natural resources
• You will also advise clients acquiring, investing or raising capital in the UK and Europe

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Partners as the right hand person on transactions and liaising with clients
• Working closely with clients and managing deal processes

Skills and experience

• A minimum of 4-7 years' PQE experience in M&A primarily and some exposure to equity capital markets transactions is preferable but not required
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
