Corporate Lawyer M&A and PE (Energy and Infrastructure)

About The Firm:
With offices across Europe, Asia, US and the Middle East, this leading international law, known for their work within the energy, transport and infrastructure sector, are recruiting for a Corporate Associate 4-8 PQE to join their London office.

About The Role:
As a Corporate Associate at WFW, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of complex corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate restructurings
  • Private equity transactions
  • General corporate advisory work

This will service clients across a range of sectors, including, across the energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors

Qualifications and Experience:
You have 4-8 years of PQE, with deals experience in complex corporate matters, across M&A, with some exposure to private equity work (although this isn't a pre-requisite)

Experience or interest in the energy, transport and infrastructure sectors, will also be desirable.
