A global powerhouse, this US law firm are seeking a talented Corporate Tax Lawyer (NQ-6 PQE) to join their practice in London.

Responsibilities:
As part of the role, you will join the firm's Corporate Tax team, offering extensive experience advising clients on strategic tax planning, structuring and tax implementation issues associated with complex, cross-border transactions, representing corporations, partnerships, estates, individuals and government entities facing every kind of tax liability including income tax, estate tax and excise tax.

About You:

• The ideal candidate will have NQ-6 post qualification experience, gained from an equally leading practice in the city, though candidates with experience in similar common law jurisdictions would be considered
• You will have broad corporate tax experience, but specific experience in tax controversy would be beneficial
