This leading specialist insurance disputes practice is seeking an established Coverage Disputes Partner or small team to lead the brand new office opening in Scotland. This is an unbelievable opportunity to be at the genuine forefront of building a coverage disputes insurance practice with the backing of a top brand, in a buoyant insurance disputes market. This firm is renowned for its expertise in policyholder-focused insurance coverage disputes in England & Wales, and keen to grow their presence in Scotland.

You'll need to be a dynamic and entrepreneurial coverage or insurance disputes lawyer looking to lead the expansion in the Scottish market, leveraging an established reputation and building out the Scottish office. The role offers the chance to work on the most high-profile, complex disputes for global clients in sectors including construction, energy, financial services, and marine.

You will be:

  • Highly experienced in insurance coverage disputes, ideally with a focus on policy holder representation (although this is not a pre-requisite).
  • Well-connected in the local markets, ideally having an established client base in Scotland and a strong referral network
  • Looking to join a collaborative practice, working across borders and jurisdictions to provide top quality advice to their clients
