An exciting opportunity has become for an executive assistant, with a leading national financial planning firm looking to expand their support team in London.

This role would suit someone who has direct financial planning administration experience/ or an understanding of how a financial planning firm operates.

You will be supporting Senior management and C Suite execs so being confident in your ability is key! Part of this role will be minute meetings which of course may over run the allocated time so there will have to be an element of flexibility on your part.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. As a EA, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, forward planning for upcoming meetings, and oversight of key governance meetings for senior executives and other key stakeholders
