Job description
We are partnered with a leading Wealth Management firm to recruit a Corporate Client Support Administrator into their client support team. Employee Benefits is a huge focus for them with an upcoming launch adding to their proposition and create a huge opportunity to generate further income.
Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Consultants in the preparation of new health-care schemes and maintaining existing schemes, ensuring all fit for purpose
- Collate the data and liaise closely with Providers, Employers and Payroll Companies
- Assist in completing Governance on an annual basis with Corporate Consultants
- Work within agreed SLA's to deliver a target driven, customer focused service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure electronic client files in IO are updated accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the standards and processes in place
- Ensure that all Income is invoiced, recorded, and matched correctly within the system
- Chase any debtors and liaise closely with Finance
- Ensure that regulatory obligations are met, and dependent processes are adhered to
- Build strong, effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Frequently interact with advisers and client support to ensure that we deliver an excellent customer service to all clients
- Create and maintain effective client files
- Liaising with product providers as and when necessary, chasing as often as required
- Keep up to date with new products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace
- Always comply with the Compliance policies
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Financial Administration role in a similar environment
- Experience of working with IT systems that support this service
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel and Databases
- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication
- Good decision-making skills
- Analytical mind and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines
- Education at least to GCSE Level with at least 5 passes, including Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
