Job description
This Top 200 UK law firm is seeking to appoint a junior Employment Solicitor to its growing Employment team. Based across East Anglia, you will work as part of the largest of the Employment teams in Hertfordshire, dealing with local and national clients.
You'll work for both employers and employees, covering matters such as settlement agreements, contracts, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal and grievance hearings and tribunals. They also advise employers on the full range of employment law issues including redundancy, settlement agreements, tribunals, and discrimination cases.
The successful candidate will:
Be ideally around 1 - 3 years PQE
Have post-qualification experience in Employment Law matters
Keen to get involved in business development and building their own local connections
