Job description
This is a full-time, permanent position that is fully on-site based in the Perth office.
I'm working with one of the UK's leading insurance brokers to recruit a Facilities Assistant based in their Perth Office.
Overview:
Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) team is looking for a Facilities Assistant to provide administrative support, ensure the quality of contractor and supplier performance, and assist with managing the CRES finance process.
Role Responsibilities:
- Review data reporting processes and ensure data is being recorded effectively
- Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends
- Prepare and present findings to Facilities Infrastructure Manage and Head of CRES
- Track KPIs and create reports that provide valuable insights on supplier performance
- Carry out extensive market research to identify quality suppliers to engage in tenders
- Assist in co-ordination and execution of project works
- Communicate any escalations as appropriate
- Contribute to an environment of service excellence within the CRES team
- Perform admin task such as raising purchase orders, validating vendor invoices, reviewing quotations
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar CRES/facilities role where you would have valuable gained administration support experience in raising purchase orders, reviewing quotations, cross-referencing invoices, etc.
- Familiarity using IT tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint etc. would be advantageous
