Financial Planning Administrator

Job description

My client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join there growing firm. You will work closely with Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business applications across the key financial products
  • Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform
  • Obtaining illustrations and product literature
  • Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations
  • Preparing review packs for client meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors
  • Liaising with products providers
  • Actioning Letters of Authority
  • Maintaining accurate client records


Requirements:

  • IFA/Financial Planning Administration experience (Essential)
  • Knowledge of Provider Platforms (Essential)
  • Experience of using XPlan (or similar) CashCalc (or similar) and FE Analytics (Desirable)
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work under pressure
