I'm working with a successful boutique independent financial advice firm who are looking for a Head of Client Administration to lead their dynamic client administration team. The business is in the midst of an exciting growth trajectory due to their continued success.
We're looking for candidates with proven IFA administration experience, ideally those already excelling as Team Leaders or Managers, who are local to the Gloucester area. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals looking to embrace a new challenge within a small IFA firm, where their contributions are highly valued, and their voice has a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the administration team, leveraging previous IFA administration experience.
- Act as a "Client Champion," ensuring exceptional client service and experience.
- Maintain proficiency with back-office administration software and IT tools, supporting efficient operations.
- Oversee the training, mentorship, and development of administration team members.
- Manage work-flow allocation and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks across teams while adhering to deadlines.
- Conduct performance appraisals.
- Support in recruitment to expand and strengthen the administration team.
