Are you a talented Finance lawyer with 1-3 years PQE
We are a leading global law firm seeking an exceptional associate to join our thriving leveraged finance practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions alongside experienced partners and distinguished colleagues.
What You Will Do:
Assist partners and senior associates on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and debt restructurings.
Conduct due diligence, draft legal documents, and manage complex transaction processes.
Collaborate effectively with clients, lenders, and other advisors across diverse industries and jurisdictions.
Stay current on legal developments and market trends in leveraged finance.
What We Are Looking For:
A UK or commonwealth qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1-3 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience).
A strong academic background and a current practicing certificate.
Proven experience in leveraged finance, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm.
Excellent technical skills, keen commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative team player with a drive to excel.
