Firm:

• Magic Circle
• Band 1 for Chambers UK 2024
• Band 1 for Legal 500 UK 2024

Role:

• M&A and Commercial transactions
• Telecoms, Media & Technology sectors
• Emerging Markets (particularly Africa)

Candidate Requirements:

• 4-7PQE
• Experience in M&A transactions
• TMT sector exposure ideal, but not essential

Salary:

• £160,000 to £180,000

Hybrid Working:

• 50% work from home policy
