Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor
Job description
I'm looking to speak with Solicitors regarding joining a firms Real Estate Growth division to work alongside the two main partners in their Non-Contentious Construction team.
You would form part of the lead team working on some of the largest projects in Scotland whilst working closely with the firms Real Estate, Projects, and Contentious Construction teams. Their solicitors work with clients throughout the construction industry which includes public sector bodies, private developers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, professional bodies, and insurers.
Regarding the firm itself, they are one of the largest and leading independent Scottish practices and they can offer you a fantastic salary in addition to a generous benefits package and the opportunity for progression.
They are flexible on PQE level and will consider experience from around 2 years upwards. They have budget authorisation to go to Senior Associate level. The salary is from around £50K to £75K DOPQE.
