Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified (NQ) Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded corporate team at a prominent UK national law firm in Cambridge. The position offers a chance to work on high-quality Corporate matters, for a national and international client base.
Within this corporate team you'll be able to work on a range of matters which include M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate governance. This firm has an excellent reputation for its collaborative working culture, client-focused approach and commitment to your professional development.
The successful candidate will be:
- Ideally NQ - 2 years PQE
- Experienced in corporate law, which might include at least a seat during training
- Proactive in terms of problem solving and willingness to learn
