Within this corporate team you'll be able to work on a range of matters which include M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate governance. This firm has an excellent reputation for its collaborative working culture, client-focused approach and commitment to your professional development.

The successful candidate will be:

• Ideally NQ - 2 years PQE
• Experienced in corporate law, which might include at least a seat during training
• Proactive in terms of problem solving and willingness to learn
