I'm currently looking for a Paraplanner Manager to join a growing IFA business based in Gloucestershire. The business is in the midst of an exciting growth trajectory due to their continued success.
This role would be ideal for a Paraplanner Manager who would like to take on a new challenge or this would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to step into a managerial role and drive their career forward in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a small team of paraplanners.
- Take charge of complex paraplanning tasks, including ITP, cashflow modelling, pensions, and other technical aspects.
- Contribute to an expanding team with a collaborative approach to success.
