Planning Lawyer (3-4 years PQE)

About the role
This international law firm is seeking a 3-4 PQE Planning Lawyer to join their market-leading Planning & Environment team.
As part of this role, you will work with one of the largest dedicated planning team in the UK advising on market leading projects for a range of public and private sector clients, covering a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Assisting partners and senior associates with the full range of development planning matters, including applications, appeals, CPOs and enforcement action
- Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients on all planning law matters, including advising on Town and Country Planning Act 1990 matters
- Drafting and negotiating planning agreements, including Section 106 agreements and unilateral undertakings.
- Liaising with local planning authorities, other professional advisors and clients.
Skills and experience
- Qualified solicitor with 3-4 years PQE in planning law
- You will ideally have a strong understanding of UK planning law and practice
