This International law firm is seeking to recruit a Planning Solicitor with a focus on Developments to join their Planning and Environment team in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds.
The team is ranked as Tier 1 and known as the largest planning team in the UK.

You'll be joining the largest dedicated planning team in the UK with 75 lawyers covering a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. The successful candidate will work predominantly with our Energy & Infrastructure consenting team.

The team advises on some of the country's most high profile projects, covering all forms of energy, such as offshore wind, large scale solar, carbon capture plants, nuclear, energy networks and pipelines, and infrastructure, such as water infrastructure, airports, new roads, rail, and rapid transit systems

The ideal candidate will be:

• 5+PQE
• Experience of advising on Planning Act 2008, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 matters, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries and judicial review

Salary:

• £73,000+
