Would you like to be responsible for leading and developing the PI business across multiple sites across the South West for this well known broker?

You will be a solid operator with good technical knowledge/experience who is organised and can support others or you will be someone who can bring client relationships with them and has perhaps been an Exec in the past.

You will be responsible for supporting the business hit the renewal and new business targets across the group.

Managing staffing levels including recruitment, ensuring all training is completed for both new recruits and upskilling your current team.

You will need good PI knowledge from either a broker or insurer. Sectors are varied and include engineers, surveyors, architects and accountants .

salary up to £60k plus car allowance.
