What Your Day Will Look Like:
Business Leadership

  • Drive the growth of Property & Casualty (P&C) and Employee Benefits (EB) lines, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Monitor and adapt to market trends, client needs, and regulatory changes to maintain a leading market position.
  • Deliver products and services aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Represent our company on the Cayman Insurance Association and foster partnerships with wholesale brokers.

Portfolio and Client Management

  • Lead and grow a personal portfolio of key clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Offer strategic advice on complex risks, ensuring excellent service and value delivery.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance client value.

People Leadership

  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to support long-term growth.
  • Motivate your team to achieve business objectives and personal career milestones.

Proposition and Product Development

  • Drive strategies for program solutions and product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote best practices across the business.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (highly desirable).
  • Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are highly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in P&C products and health insurance/employee benefits (desirable).

Experience

  • Extensive experience in insurance broking with proven success in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L accountability and achieve growth targets.
  • Expertise in the Cayman/Caribbean insurance market and regulated environments (highly desirable).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing multinational clients and stakeholders.
