Real Estate Development Solicitor - Retrain Opportunity!

Are you a real estate solicitor, with experience in development and forward funding arrangements, looking for a change? If so, this might be the role for you! We're keen to speak to real estate solicitors who have experience in dealing with major real estate forward funding/development agreements who might be keen to more into a broader commercial role. We are working with a leading team in the projects space, and keen to speak to real estate solicitors who enjoy technical drafting.

This opportunity is at one of the most recognised national firms, with a presence in all major UK cities. This particular team is leading on a national basis for the work they are doing in the projects space - for the procurement of student accommodation by universities. You will have access to high profile projects, usually of national importance, and sometimes involving an international element. You will work across a range of sectors for Government departments, contracting authorities and private sector clients, dealing with a variety of complex contractual agreements linked to student accommodation.

This position can be based in any major UK city - Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Cambridge, Oxford

This is perfect for a real estate solicitor who:

  • Is ideally over 5 years PQE
  • Has experience of dealing with major real estate forward funding/development agreements
  • Enjoys the technical side of drafting leases
  • Is looking to work for a highly sophisticated client base
  • Is looking for a challenge!!
