The award-winning London office is a vibrant hub of legal activity, and they are seeking an exceptional Real Estate Associate to join the growing team.
About the Role:
As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to our clients on a wide range of real estate matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our real estate practice and to take on new and challenging responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and development
- Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and deeds
- Conducting due diligence investigations and providing legal risk assessments
- Managing real estate transactions from start to finish
- Contributing to the development of our real estate practice and taking on new and challenging responsibilities
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent academic record, including a strong degree in law
- 1-8 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of real estate law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong client service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
