An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Real Estate Partner to join a leading national law firm in their Manchester office. This is a fantastic chance for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in growing and developing a dynamic real estate practice. You will have genuine autonomy and investment at this senior level to grow the offering.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a wide range of real estate transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients across a variety of sectors, including retail, hospitality, care, transport and logistics.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and results.
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the real estate team, identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage a team of junior lawyers, ensuring high standards of technical expertise and client service.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver integrated, innovative solutions for clients.


The Ideal Candidate will;

  • Have proven experience in real estate law, with a strong track record of handling complex and high-value matters.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in all aspects of real estate law
  • Strong leadership, management, and business development skills.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong reputation within the real estate community.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a drive to succeed.


On offer is a highly competitive remuneration package, bespoke to you and your business case. You'll also have genuine autonomy at the Partner level to grow a team and this real estate offering, but with the backing and resources of a national service live. Part time working is also considered.
