Job description
Leading London Real Estate Law Firm Seeks Real Estate Development Partner with Data Centre Expertise.
Do you have a proven track record in real estate development and a deep understanding of the data centre market?
Or client is a preeminent real estate law firm in London, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development Partner to join their growing team.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on all aspects of data centre development projects, from site selection and planning to construction and leasing. You will leverage your expertise to:
Manage a diverse portfolio of data centre development projects
Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues related to data centre development, including planning, construction, and zoning
Negotiate and structure development agreements, joint ventures, and other real estate transactions
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and data centre operators
Lead and mentor a team of Associates and Paralegals
You are a perfect fit if you have:
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development law, with a strong focus on data centres
In-depth knowledge of the UK planning regime and relevant data centre regulations
Proven experience in negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions
Excellent client relationship management skills
Outstanding communication, written and oral, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner
A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a successful practice
