We are keen to speak to Senior lawyer with a proven track record of handling top quality Residential Development matters, with the teams expertise sitting within house-building; build to rent; strategic land and affordable housing.

The position is for someone who is looking to really drive the growth of this particular team on a local and national scale.

The team are already highly ranked for their Residential Development offering, so you would be joining an established team with a national offering to be able to sell in the market. This hire is considered a key investment and therefore top remuneration packages are on offer for the right person.

The role would suit an experienced Residential Development Lawyer already practising in the the UK with strong client contacts, with key locations including - Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle and Southampton.
