An outstanding opening for a Residential Property partner to join the Bristol office of this progressive, forward moving Top 50 national law firm.
Our client has an exceptional reputation for Property law and is home to an award-winning team which handles high value and complex transactional work including residential acquisitions and disposals, specialist investment financing and leasehold enfranchisement.
As part of a considered focus on inward investment, our client seeks to appoint a lead partner within their newest office in Bristol. The role would suit an experienced partner already practising in the South West and/or an individual with plans to relocate to from another centre or London. This is a key appointment for the firm, central to the firm's strategic objectives for 2024.
As an experienced dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on complex, high value transactions. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to win quality work from and build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive incremental growth in the property team is of particular interest to the firm's management team.
