Senior Account Handler

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their Affinity & Schemes team.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide a quality service to clients in respect of renewal and new business insurance arrangements advising on, arranging, and securing appropriate cover for our clients' demands and needs.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Account Handler include:

  • Maintaining relationship, interaction and liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintaining relationships, interaction and liaising with insurers on a day-to-day basis
  • Processing MTA's and general administration
  • Ensuring all communications, documents, invoices are issued in a compliant way in line with the company Policies and Procedures and full utilisation of Acturis

The successful candidate will have considerable experience within the Corporate Insurance industry which includes SME Motor, Property and Liability.

The role is hybrid - you will be required to work in the office 3 days a week, with the other 2 being from home. You will be joining an independent, family-owned organisation who have a first-class reputation within the market. Relationships with clients and colleagues are at the heart of this business!
