We've been retained to lead the search for a Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney with first class experience of advising on private equity backed or private M&A deals that would be interested in moving into broking representations and warranties insurance.

The business operates in the premium space (50m - £10bn+) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on the procurement and placement of representation and warranties insurance policies globally.

You will have a solid background as a Corporate Attorney from a recognised law firm and be knowledgeable around the risks attached to M&A transactions.
