We're leading the search for a Corporate Tax Lawyer interested in moving into the M&A insurance broking space within an execution driven role. The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I & tax insurance policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. We are looking to talk to a technically and commercial astute tax lawyer with appetite to move into a role which combines his or her technical legal and commercial skillset within the transactional and M&A environment.
