We're leading the search for a Senior Corporate Lawyer with a background in advising on private equity backed or private M&A deals interested in moving into M&A insurance broking. The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deal. We are looking to talk to a top-tier corporate/private equity lawyer with appetite to move into a role which will leverage legal and commercial skills within an M&A environment.
