Social Housing Disrepair Associate Solicitor

Job description

Excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with experience in housing disrepair claims to join a top 50 firm in their Norwich office.

This role boasts the opportunity to come on board and manage and oversea a busy team of 6 paralegals based in this office, whilst working under the supervision of a Partner with over 15 years experience.

This specialist department, made up of 25 staff across the firm, advise Housing Association and Local Authority clients, with some of the work consisting of:

  • Managing a caseload of Disrepair cases
  • Managing a caseload of county court possession claims and injunction applications on grounds of anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, access, succession and tenancy fraud
