The business is comprised of first-class attorneys across Europe that have move into M&A underwriting - the Nordics team focus on Nordics governed deals with submissions received via the global broking community. We are looking to speak to Corporate Attorney with an interest in M&A and appetite to move into a commercial and risk driven role.
