Michelle joined IDEX during its infancy, over 18 years ago, working as a recruitment consultant in the General Insurance market, and has since been an integral part of its growth journey. Bringing a wealth of experience and understanding of the professional services landscape, Michelle is well placed to identify top talent and support the career progression of IDEX’s team members.
