​Allison is responsible for working with IDEX's strategy for retained partnership clients, delivering talent which enables the growth of our clients business through focused succession planning, identifying talent gaps, exploring new markets and M&A.

Along with the relationship management for these national and regional clients I also project manage assignments, actively guide on branding, marketing and overall solutions to enable client business enhancement.

Outside of work, Allison loves sharing time with family and friends over a good meal & is passionate about cooking. To balance this out, she focuses on fitness, particularly running, cycling and yoga. She started running 4 years ago and has taken part in the Brighton Marathon in 2019, London Marathon (Virtual) 2020 and 2021, following deferment will run London 2022 when covid rules allow. In addition, she completed the GNR three times and various other half marathons around the country.
