"I joined IDEX as they have a superb reputation in the Financial Services industry. They are an established organisation with a number of genuine market leaders in the FS and Insurance recruitment sector, who I’m really looking forward to working with, and learning from, daily. Their established relationships with numerous Financial Planning organisations means I am able to provide a truly consultative recruitment partnership, which in turn will allow me to provide them with the best FS professionals in the market. My outlook is that I am here to add true value to our clients and provide a first rate experience to my candidates. I am looking to build careers and not “fill vacancies” and this is very much echoed across the IDEX culture."

Dave has over 16 years’ experience recruiting in the Financial Services sector, initially within Retail Banking, and latterly for the past 13 years recruiting specifically for Financial Advisory organisations across the North of England and the Midlands.
His tenure in Financial Services means he has long standing relationships with a range of clients and professionals. Dave’s strength is providing mature, knowledgeable and ethical expertise to FS organisations looking to add experience to their workforce, whilst supporting experienced professionals to find the ideal job or career move for them.
Dave joined IDEX to focus on the London and South East financial advice market, to work with businesses to offer the best career opportunities for regulated Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Technical Support specialists.
Outside of work, the majority of Dave’s time is taken up by his three young children (all boys!) and their various sports clubs and after school activities. When he does get some time away from the kids, he enjoys going for a nice meal or walk with his wife, Gemma and their dog around the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Spending time with friends, having a drink in the pub and watching/supporting/complaining about his football team (Middlesbrough) is also time well spent.
